There are a few theories around the origin of the name, Peony. From coquettish nymphs to wounded Greek gods and even an angry Chinese empress, one thing can be agreed upon. The peony is loved the world over – and with good reason! With their lush petals, delicately fragrant scent and intriguing form, the peony is the perfect flirt.
How the Club Works
Have you received a text lately reminding you of an appointment? A haircut, the vet, maybe even notification that your supermarket online order is ready? Does your pharmacy send reminders of repeat prescriptions? What about your car – did you receive a text reminder that your WOF is due?
The Forget Me Not Club works in exactly the same way. You simply sign up, add key dates and three days beforehand, you receive a text reminder. At this point, you can opt in or out. Send a bunch of flowers or not. It really is that simple!
We’ll take care of all the detail, working to the information you provide when you sign up, and voila – flowers will land in the right place on the right day, meaning you never miss an important date again!

Tips for Lasting Flowers
When Claude Monet said, ‘I must have flowers, always, and always’, he wasn’t alone in his thinking! To make your cut flowers last, here are some simple tips that’ll help your blooms keep for longer, so you too can always have flowers.
- Pop your bouquet into water as soon as possible.
- It’s not exactly rocket science, but flowers need water! A clean vase will help eliminate the risk of bacteria build-up.
- Fresh water for fresh flowers.
- Replace the water every couple of days. Just like us, your flowers will appreciate a sip of cool, clean water.
- Trim the stems.
- Using sharp scissors or secateurs, cut the stems on an angle by approximately 5mm whenever you change the water.
- Avoid fruit.
- Ripening fruit can emit ethylene gases that can shorten the life of your flowers, meaning it’s best to keep your bananas and your flowers away from each other!
